Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment time so that there is a greater chance that the appointment can be rebooked to another client.
Cancellations at short notice and missed appointments will incur a charge – unless of course the appointment time can be filled by someone. Please respect that this is my livelihood.
Of course there are times when things happen outside of our control and there may be occasions when a cancellation charge is not appropriate – I’m pretty reasonable, but please do get in touch.
Pregnant clients: There is no cancellation fee for onset of labour but if you are able to, I kindly ask that you or your partner drop me a text or email to let me know that you will be unable to attend.
