Reflexology in Balham, by Nightingale Square (off Nightingale Lane) SW12. Reflexology involves the application of gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet that are thought to correspond with organs and glands around the body.

Pregnancy Reflexology

For over 12 years I have been offering Pregnancy Reflexology in Balham and Clapham and have extensive experience of working in this specialist area. Every pregnancy is different and treatments are adapted individually for each client depending on their stage of pregnancy.

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD)

I am trained in Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), a specialist reflexology technique developed to help with the management of secondary lymphoedema for patients affected by treatment for breast cancer.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are showing any signs of Covid-19 including:

A high temperature
A new, continuous cough or have started coughing persistently
Loss of change to sense of smell or taste

Jill has seen me through three pregnancies! I initially went to her for help dealing with terrible morning sickness with my first baby. Her treatments also helped address pelvic pain with my subsequent pregnancies, as this got worse each time. Jill is an incredibly calm and professional therapist with deep knowledge and experience. Jill has a magic touch! She’s an amazing reflexologist and it’s clear she’s passionate about giving you the best treatment. I was introduced to reflexology following a period of stress and found the results amazing. I have continued to see Jill throughout my two pregnancies and now regularly every month. Every time I see Jill I leave feeling like I’ve been on a retreat holiday. Her treatment room is beautiful and a perfect escape from the busy hectic world outside. Would totally recommend!

I first went to Nightingale Reflexology over 10 years ago for some much needed reflexology during my post natal recovery and have been seeing Jill ever since. Over the years RLD reflexology sessions with Jill have also supported Lymphedema and general wellbeing.
