I am an experienced reflexologist and maternity reflexologist practising at Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms in Clapham Junction.

I was first introduced to reflexology by a friend back in 2003 when I was suffering with my own health issues and from the very first treatment, I loved it. At the time, I was working in a pretty stressful job and the reflexology enabled me to switch off and relax. Several years later, I decided to retrain as a reflexologist myself and have never looked back.

Living in an area where the birth rate is the highest in Europe, I see many pregnant women looking for reflexology support and I have done a great deal of extra training in this specialist field. That said, whilst many of my clients are pregnant, my work is not exclusively maternity related and I see individuals for all sorts of different issues.

I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, the UK’s professional body for reflexology, the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, the UK regulator for complementary healthcare and an affiliate member of Expectancy which gives me one to one access to an experienced midwife.
